Yes, we require a deposit when booking your appointment. This deposit is typically non-refundable but will be applied to the final price of your tattoo. The deposit ensures your spot on our schedule and compensates the artist for their time and design work.

Make sure you’re well-rested, hydrated, and have eaten a healthy meal before your session. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed. Avoid alcohol or drugs 24 hours before your appointment, as they can affect your healing process and pain tolerance.

Aftercare is essential to ensure your tattoo heals well and looks its best. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
Keep the bandage on for 3–4 days (or as directed by your artist). This protects your tattoo from bacteria and contaminants.
After removing the bandage, wash gently with lukewarm water and fragrance-free soap. Pat dry with a clean paper towel — avoid rubbing.
Apply a thin layer of healing ointment (e.g., Hustle Butter for vegan options or Aquaphor for non-vegan), 2–3 times daily for the first 7–10 days.
Avoid soaking your tattoo for 2–3 weeks — no baths, pools, hot tubs, or the ocean. Showers are okay, but avoid high water pressure on the area.
Do not pick or scratch. Let your tattoo flake naturally to prevent scarring or ink loss.
Protect your tattoo from direct sunlight during healing. Once healed, always apply high-SPF sunscreen to preserve its vibrancy
-
Yes, you can get a tattoo over scars or stretch marks, but it's important to note that healing may take longer and the final result may look slightly different depending on the texture of your skin. Our artists can provide a consultation and discuss how best to approach your design.
-
We recommend waiting until after pregnancy and breastfeeding to get a tattoo. While there’s no clear evidence that tattoos harm the baby, pregnancy hormones can affect your skin and may make the tattoo healing process more difficult or uncomfortable. Additionally, the risk of infection is always a concern, so it's safer to wait.
