Tattoo Shop Deposit Terms and Conditions
1. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your tattoo appointment. The deposit amount will be applied toward the total cost of your tattoo.
2. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 96 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date. If you do not provide adequate notice, your deposit will be not refunded.
3. You may cancel your appointment and retain your deposit no later than 96 hours before the session. Otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded. If the shop cancels your appointment, your deposit will be refunded in full.
4. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, we may need to reschedule, and your deposit will be forfeited.
5. Under New York State law, you must be at least 18 years old to get a tattoo.
6. Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect the tattoo process before your session.
7. By paying the deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions.
